Ainoa Burgos Gonzalez was born in Segovia (Spain) and she lives and works in Sussex (U.K). Ainoa has recently completed an MA Photography and is graduated in Fine Art: Sculpture at University of Brighton. Recent exhibitions had been held by CCA, University of Brighton, Dodo Gallery, Phoenix Art Space, Churchill Square Shopping Centre, Artist Open Houses and Hannington Lane Development, Round Lemon, SEAS Brighton (Socially Engaged Art Salon), Gallery 40 and ONCA Gallery.
Ainoa is a multidisciplinary artist who encompasses sculpture, photography, installation and performance within her creative work. With a variety of medias and interactions with audiences she explores bodies and their environments. The themes studied through her work are varied and often socially engaged, including subjects such as environmental and visual anthropology.
